These Terms & Conditions govern the full relationship between wegcup and its players. The six areas below summarise the most important sections of this document.
Players must be aged 18 or above and resident in an eligible jurisdiction to open a wegcup account. One account per person is permitted. All registration details must be accurate and current.
wegcup supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for instant BDT transactions. All deposits are non-refundable once wagered. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. wegcup reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Collusion, fraud, abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

wegcup reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable law.

By accessing wegcup.com, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the wegcup Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the wegcup platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, table games, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered by wegcup from time to time.
The wegcup platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an Account, deposit funds, or place any bet or wager. wegcup operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the wegcup platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. wegcup does not make any representation as to the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing wegcup from Prohibited Territories do so entirely at their own risk. wegcup reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at any time without prior notice.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on wegcup. Opening multiple Accounts â whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers â is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
Any individual who has previously self-excluded from wegcup or any partner platform is not eligible to register or use an Account during the period of their self-exclusion. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account will have that Account immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
When registering an Account on wegcup, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes. wegcup reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.
wegcup operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time wegcup deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. wegcup reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wegcup will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify wegcup immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request the closure of your wegcup Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
wegcup supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ā§ŗ). wegcup does not charge any fee for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which wegcup accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. wegcup reserves the right to delay processing in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request is flagged for review under wegcup's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. wegcup reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ā§ŗ200 to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The Account Balance will not be reduced below zero.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns offered by wegcup are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms will prevail.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount received. For sportsbook bonuses, the standard wagering requirement is five times (5x) the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.80 per selection.
wegcup operates robust systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple Accounts; wagering on excluded games or markets to meet wagering requirements; and any other conduct that wegcup reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit a promotional offer in a manner not intended by wegcup.
Where bonus abuse is detected, wegcup reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend or close the Account(s) involved, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress accumulated toward their requirements will be automatically removed from the Account at the point of expiry.
wegcup reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the Player's Account is under review; an obvious pricing error has occurred; or the bet is placed on a suspended or closed market. Where a bet is refused, any staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error affecting any game or betting market, wegcup reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players. wegcup's decision in such matters is final. No bet placed as a result of a clear and obvious error in odds, prices, or game settings will be honoured.
All sports betting markets on wegcup â including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures â are governed by wegcup's specific sport-by-sport betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. Key general principles include:
All casino games â including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), fishing games, and crash games â are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealing processes, and are subject to independent fair-play auditing. wegcup does not influence game outcomes in any way.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wegcup platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wegcup platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the wegcup platform or its content; use wegcup branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by wegcup; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the wegcup platform by any automated means.
Any unauthorised use of wegcup intellectual property may result in Account termination, civil legal action, and notification to relevant authorities.
wegcup does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond wegcup's reasonable control. wegcup shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any other loss or damage arising from platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wegcup excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of or inability to use the wegcup platform, even if wegcup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
wegcup's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, however arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their wegcup Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, to manage your own wagering activity, and to seek independent advice if you are unsure about any aspect of these Terms & Conditions or the wegcup platform.
wegcup collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at wegcup.com/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on wegcup, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
wegcup implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and wegcup cannot warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to the platform.
wegcup will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the wegcup Services, and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
wegcup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wegcup will provide advance notice by email to registered Players and/or by posting a prominent notice on the wegcup platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the wegcup platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money Balance in your Account.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at wegcup.com/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to their use of the wegcup platform.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and wegcup, the Player should in the first instance contact wegcup's customer support team at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute and any relevant Account details. wegcup will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.
wegcup's decision on all matters relating to the operation of games, settlement of bets, application of bonuses, Account management, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding, except where such a decision is found to be manifestly unreasonable. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute resolution process may seek independent legal advice at their own cost.
